I dont post a lot of reviews and we have had a not so great experience here in the past, but whoever was working at this location last night, youre amazing! We originally placed a delivery order through GrubHub. As soon as it showed it was picked up, I got a notification it was delivered with a blank image attached. We never received it. GrubHub refunded our money, and we tried to place the order again but it was immediately cancelled.
We then decided to just drive up there and went inside to order our food to go. We told the man (sorry we didnt get your name) that was working what happened. He said he remembered handing our food to the courier, and he didnt want us to spend our money. He was able to pull up our order (The Royal Four) and remade it, and even added two drinks. We were prepared to pay and were not upset with Burger King as we know this was not their fault, but that worker last night went truly above and beyond and we are so thankful for you!! You had no obligation to right a wrong that wasnt your fault, but your actions speak volumes and we wont forget it. Thank you again!
