Mobile ordering is the way to go. I do this and earn free rewards. They have the food already as soon as you mention at the speaker. Staff is friendly for the most part. I really like this location. Easy to get in and out of.

I sat in line for about 30 minutes behind one other vehicle, only to have both of my whoppers made the wrong way and all of my food was cold. The guy running the window acted like he was stoned out of his mind too.

If I could give them negative stars, I would! On multiple occasions, they dont cheese or bacon during breakfast time. Not one single time have I been there in the morning between the hours of 7 and 10am have they EVER had sweet tea (Im talking like 10 times not 2)! This place is sooooo unbelievably ridiculous! The menu signs in the drive-thru are in shambles. The outside of the building looks rundown. Now the only time I get Burger King is if I go to the one by UAB which is impeccable compared to this trash of a building. One time, they didnt have American cheese and they put shredded cheese on the croissant. Corporate needs to come down here and see how disgraceful this location is at representing their brand.
Update: 2/4/23 I am currently sitting in the drive thru with incompetent workers. I ordered a double croissant with egg, bacon and sausage. They gave me double egg and bacon. I told them it was wrong and they asked for it back (which they are not supposed to do) and gave me another one which was wrong again with double bacon and egg but no sausage so then I gave that one back to finally getting my order! Why isnt management doing anything about this location? The worse restaurant in the history of restaurants!!! #Ihateithere!
