        I am a newbie to septics. Called them for a pump out and inspectio. Quoted $300. Paid $400 to have the tank pumped out. The guy busted the line while we were looking for the tank. He patched it, but poorly. Come to learn later on, there are 2 halves to the septic tank. They only pumped out the inlet side! Also failed to tell me there was no baffle on the inlet pipe. Very unprofessional service.
