        Shipped a radio in May 2023 purchased the extra insurance. The package was damaged in shipping so I have been going back and forth with UPS. Have to call 800# cause its not handled at the office you ship from anymore. They continue to tell you to go to where you shipped from cause they won't help you. I have provided them with all information needed was told a check was being sent never received, so I called back and was told they were relooking at the information. Called back end of August and was told to go back to the store where I shipped the package from. (they have nothing to do with it) After all this time they said they didn't get some information so had to resend something I already sent. Still haven't received payment and continue to get the run around
