At 2:45PM they have a sign “Return at 4:00PM” what a joke, how are you going to close in the middle of the day and return for only 2 hours before you close at 6:00PM

To keep it short, FedEx sucks. They lost FOUR packages of mine because they failed to scan them into the system. Despite filing a claim so they may look into the issue, they haven't responded to it at all and subsequent calls to them get me nowhere. I recommend using the USPS or UPS.

I never received my package from an online order shipped via this company. FedEx will not help with locating or reimbursement for package. They just continue to claim they have delivered the package successfully. They have delivered my mail to the wrong address numerous time before and I believe that's what has happened this time. The real issue is they won't try to correct this problem and just claim that package has been successfully delivered. FedEx should be held accountable for not delivering packages to the correct address. I will be filing a police report, FTC report and small claims suit against FedEx.
