        We had some of their delicious fried chicken tenders. They were fried just right - crispy and tender. I also liked their Guthrie's dipping sauce. The french fries and Coleslaw were also excellent.

        I had been to Guthrie's in Haleyville when I was younger and wanted to visit one on our trip for nostalgia purposes. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it lived up to my great memories of it. We got the family meal for 5 adults and 2 kids. The food was ready quickly and stayed hot throughout the meal. We all had more than enough chicken and fries (served in full buckets), and everything tasted delicious. My kids loved that they gave us a whole jug of sweet tea. We even verified that you can still clean pennies with your leftover Guthrie's sauce. :) The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were some of the best/cleanest we saw on our whole trip.
