When it was time to sell a house for a family member, getting my wife to act as my agent was a no-brainer. I had watched her handle clients before. She did the exact same thing for me that she has for all of her clients and had the house under contract in no time at all. She explained answers to questions in simple terms and made it so easy. I even figured she would give me a harder time because I am her husband, but nope.... she is really amazing and so good at what she does!
