        One employee here, an African American lady with glasses in her mid 20s, was extremely rude to me as I had made a purchase with the little change I had. As I went to my car to get more change, she kept rolling her eyes and making smart remarks to me and my friend as we were trying to make a purchase. Do better GameStop! She was extremely rude and made my night not as an enjoyable!

        I pre ordered Diablo IV here instead of getting it from my local (much closer ) Walmart because I was told Id get an exclusive steel book cover if I pre ordered. Upon arrival to pick up my game today I was told they were out. I ordered roughly a month ago and if one book is sent for every preorder then how are they out? The salesman said they did an early release event but even so I didnt pre order for a possibility of getting a steel book. My best guess is someone allowed their friends who didnt pre order to get the books or someone took them for re sell since just the cover is going for $40-50 on eBay
