      image Order 2 bagel and 2 drinks. Took a seat and waited about 15 minutes. Saw people who came in after us get their orders. Went to counter to ask and they apparently just igored the ticket. Took 5 more minutes to get my order. 20 minutes for 2 toasted bagels... at that point I asked for it togo not wanting to stay any longer.
