      image I came in today at first no one at counter. Then the employee comes to take my order he is on facetime the whole time talking over my food. I was in a hurry tried calling back to speak to managers no one picked up phone.

      image I am a working professional & used to really love this location. Sad how much its gone downhill since the pandemic. Biggest issue is theyre often out of certain bagels & coffee. Its not well maintained & cleaned. Wireless, which is a big draw for me, is terrible. Staff is nice but can be obstinante quite unprofessional (loud & inappropriate at times). Just seems there is no pride in this location anymore. Ive been a loyal customer for probably over a decade but I think thats come to an end. Too many other good choices out there.
