Newest employee in drive thru is rude. No hello, how can I help, or anything. Multiple people from our business have complained about the poor service, not to mention the absurd business fees. We will soon be taking our business elsewhere.

0 professionalism. The window is always closed and they don't even greet you or ask how they can help. If they do, they are extremely rude, like you are inconveniencing them for doing their job. If you can go somewhere else, do it.

Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Very unprofessional, called there a week straight not one answer... No one ever shows up for work. Idk how ppl still bank with this Regions, must be a Family thing.
