Due to an accident last weekend, we were in sudden need of a new (to us) vehicle. We had our eyes on a couple of used vehicles at Town & Country, but were prepared to hunt a good bit before getting a good deal. We're so glad this was our first stop, because it was the only one we needed. Brannon Slovensky was patient, helpful, and honest, but mostly was NO PRESSURE. We got an amazing deal on the Honda Pilot I wanted, thanks to Brannon and Logan. We got a great interest rate, good price, and excellent payments. I am so glad we made this decision. Would definitely buy again.

I was advised that a part needed for a transmission issue on my mustang would be in within a week. Well 2 weeks later I HAD TO CALL to inquire about the part. I was informed that apparently it had already been delivered. My warranty covered a rental but the service manager and my service advisor wanted to argue that I did not until I assume they actually researched my warranty and discovered I did. Warranty part of was fixed however am A/C issue that I had was being looked into as well. They replaced the part but the problem is STILL consistently happening. This service department is incompetent and lack communication skills. I wish I would have NEVER PURCHASED MY CAR FROM THIS LOCATION AND I ALSO REHRET W WE ALLOWING THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE. 10/10. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely ridiculous.
