I am new to my neighborhood. Once I moved in, I promptly found out that allegedly Rouland Management has embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from the HOA in my neighborhood and other neighborhoods. What a shock and disappointment to learn. From my understanding we are currently in ligation and trying to rebuild our HOA. Collecting money now seems to be a nightmare and funds are depleted. This is terrible, all because someone wanted to line their pockets with people's hard earned money. How sad for such a beautiful neighborhood when they trusted this company. I am glad that they are gone and I don't have to deal with them. I am confident that we will rebuild.

If I could rate them with 0 stars, I would. Rouland Management is not a company I would want to do business with. In our subdivision, there is a sign stating, "NO ON STREET PARKING" A new neighbor and the family have moved into the subdivision with their unruly children, very disrespectful. But any who, the male apparently drives a 18 wheeler truck and parks it on the street. Several neighbors have called, including myself to complain about this being parked in the neighborhood.....just sore sight to the eyes. Rouland Management has done nothing to solve this problem. If anyone is looking to move into a subdivision operated by them, please be aware!!!!!! Update: This company has embezzled our HOA fees!!

Someone at Rouland Management has apparently embezzled funds from the HOA for my neighborhood and others totaling 400k.

Cannot get them to return my call--I have left a message many times and ask for them to return my call--I am not very happy with these people to say the least-- AP
