    A++. Kevin answered the phone the 1st time i called. no robot!! super satisfied as he definitely found my a great rate. i would and I do recommend him to everyone! PS he continues to answer his phone.

    This place is so incompetent. Every time you call in they tell you something different from the last time you called in. They'll promise you a deductible back in 90 days then say of you might not get it back because they didn't have insurance. If you have an employee make any changes to your account, don't trust them, it may end up changing the amount you owe that month because they're that incompetent. Ive never paid for such a terrible service before and really can't wait to do business with their competitors. Edit: since they replied that my "insult" is false. I wanted to add proof how unprofessional they are and share previous "insults" about how professional they are and specifically Connie. This all happened on the same year.
