Angry Crab Shack

Went here after a day on the beach. We had the sampler for an appetizer with fried pickles, shrimp, and hush puppies. Bestie had the scallop pasta bowl and I had the shrimp poboy. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was adorable. We ate outside, it was comfortable and had live music. Definitely will be back!

From Florida was looking forward to a great meal ended up getting a decent one. Menus need to be replaced hard to read all scratched up .. maybe laminate .?? Sauce is FIRE but unfortunately crab legs & shrimp were over cooked used to crabs sliding out the shell when I crack them.. had a mess trying to eat my crabs today broken up & stuck to the shell Shrimp po boys were lovely just a small oil/grease after taste.. Definitely wanna give Kelsey her flowers my girl was doing it all.. bartender host & our server.. she was phenomenal hands down. We ended up spending roughly $230 for a shack boil, 2 shrimp po boys, onion rings, with two extra eggs & round of drinks (3).. Little pricier than I was expecting gotta try again before I recommend.

The food was AMAZING! We had the "block party" and the four of us could not finish it all. The trifecta seasoning was perfect! We had a whole lobster, three lobster tails, snow crab, king crab and regular crab legs. We also had blue muscles, white muscles and shrimp. Then the sides were boiled potatoes, corn on the cob and sausages. Needless to say, there were boiled potatoes and sausage and corn left over along with some muscles and shrimp. The four of us were stuffed to the gills. And Madi, our server was absolutely on top of things. Even though she had several large parties and three other tables of four, she didn't leave us wanting for anything! I highly recommend The Angry Crab! Bring your appetite and get ready for some amazing food and a great atmosphere!

yall. i have NEVER written a single review in my entire life. please disregard every other review of this place and listen to me. our server was joe & we sat at a high top at the bar. we went in around 8 and they closed at 10. we ordered and got our food within 15 minutes. i got 3 pounds of crawfish with cajun seasoning and hot. the other person i was with got the shrimp and crab combo with the same seasonings. we were very skeptical to try this place because we are from south louisiana meaning that its really hard to find something thats not at home that tastes just as good. we were thoroughly blown out of the water. crawfish was 12 a pound. for the way season is going, that is a STEAL. they were bigger than midsize and delicious. hospitality was amazing. joe was hilarious and extremely welcoming (GIVE JOE A RAISE!!!) for both of us, the tab came out to $97. the cook made us feel very special as well. hes from pensacola but cooks like a TRUE cajun! im still full from last night. the only thing i will say as a critique is spice level. hot to us was mild. i would recommend the highest spice level if u have a good heat tolerance. i dont really have a good heat tolerance and mine wasnt spicy at all. the mix is super buttery and that definitely helps take away the spice. the potatoes were bigger than normal and super good. whenever you get the boils they come in a bag. take the bag and SHAKE IT UP. get all the seasoning in there. put on that bib. u gonna need it. +5 stars. amazing. perfect. swell. splendid. lovely. AND THEY HAVE TONYS!!!!
