        As a frequent guest of this establishment, it is imperative to provide an objective assessment of the hospitality establishment in question during my last stay. Recently, a concerning incident occurred involving the Night Manager, Destiny Owens. During the last night stay at the hotel, there was an unwarranted intrusion into my room at 10 PM, purportedly for an investigation on my stay, which resulted in a violation of privacy. This incident raises questions regarding the treatment of other guests particularly in regard to pre-paid arrangements, and highlights a lack of clarity regarding policies for addressing guest inquiries, particularly regarding checkout dates. Moreover, the subsequent disturbance at 11 PM, involving Ms. Owens and security personne revisiting my room created an environment of fear and discomfort for me and my family. The perceived threat and disregard for guest well-being do not align with the standards expected of a reputable establishment, such as those associated with the Hilton brand. Additionally, the response from Ms. Owens, characterized by a dismissive attitude and insincere apology, further exacerbates the situation and reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service expectations of the hotel. In conclusion, the incident in question raises serious concerns about the adherence to privacy, guest treatment, and customer service standards at this establishment. It is imperative for management to conduct a thorough investigation and implement corrective measures to ensure such incidents do not recur, thus upholding the integrity and reputation of the establishment.
