    I booked this room through Expedia. The check in process was confusing and took 1 1/2 hours to fix. The staff was rude and did not help the process. The electric sockets in the room did not work. The pool was outdated. The hotel had people painting next to the pool on a weekend during spring break. The bartender had to look up how to make drinks and they were awful. I was charged twice for multiple items.

    It is a great hotel with an amazing view!! I will definitely stay here again! The only issue I had is the elevator is really slow. Also being charged for parking when cars without parking passes are not being towed is a little ridiculous. There was a car parked in handicapped with no handicap permit or parking permit from the hotel all night. The office staff did nothing about it.

    The best kept secret on the beach! Rooms: Rooms are well appointed. Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet is perfection! Worth every penny. You can also order pizza most evenings.

Mrs. Revolta,Thank you for the review regarding your recent stay. Our apologies as it appears there were several issues. I have had an opportunity to review the circumstance and below are my findings. Please know that the hotel is only the receiver of information when reservations are made through third parties such as Expedia, Booking etc. Therefore if there were issues with the reservation upon arrival, then the matter would not fall to the hotel as we only receive what is entered either by the party or the third party. Unfortunately the staff is not allowed to make changes to these third party reservations as this would be between the customer the booking company to resolve and yes this can be time consuming. Regarding the electric sockets in the room, our maintenance team has a work order to verify them all as we have not been made aware of this prior, our apologies. In our effort to ensure that we maintain the property to the standard we are accustomed to, continued maintenance must be performed. The painting started Sunday midday as 60% of the hotel departed that morning, and the GM (who was painting) was very careful to block the area off furthest from the pool. When the building was designed, the amenities at the pool were placed at their max to include a waterfall, zero entry & fountains for all to enjoy. Again our apologies you did not enjoy your stay as we pride ourselves in ensuring each and every guest enjoys their stay as you can see by prior reviews.
