        They either dont answer or answer and put you on hold for 15 mins. Ive been calling for 3 days and just get put on hold till I cant just sit on hold anymore and no I didnt call on the weekend.

        Young lady in the front is extremely sweet and helpful. I spoke with her on the phone and in person and she was so delightful to talk to. She made my process so quick and easy.

        Every time I call in the morning for the first hour they are open it will let me select my option for the front seat then it rings twice and completely hangs up. I guess they just dont wanna take calls for the first hour they are open!
