I would had chosen none other than Ms Pauline for my first colonic. You can tell she has a passion in what she does. She was extremely professional, comforts you the entire process. What a wealth of knowledge she is! The environment was also very clean. I cant wait to return!

I should have already entered this review, this 5-star review. To those who've never had a colonic, meaning colon hydrotherapy designed to( in my opinion,) clean you out. Please look no further than Mrs. Pauline at Integrated Body Heath. This has nothing to do with anything that you might be thinking is gross. It has everything to do with feeling better from head to toe. MORE Importantly, it has everything to do with feeling better from the inside out. We can put on a smile and we can wear nice clothes. But that does nothing for your true self. It's a bandaid. Go see Mrs. Pauline at Integrated Body Heath. I'll go back and you'll go back too.

Ms. Pauline was heaven sent. Very professional, and caring. Ive only had one visit so far, but I must say this was one of the best decisions Ive made in my life. She makes you comfortable, and care how you feel. I recommend Ms. Pauline hands down.
