Bubba's Medicine shop has the most knowledgeable, helpful employees who greet you by name. They all work hard to limit the time you have to spend waiting but also make sure you don't have any concerns and that all of your questions are answered at each visit. Bubba's Medicine Shops is the best pharmacy in the Auburn / Opelika area.

Customer service is horrible. Asked for nicotine lozenges (17 days smoke free!), they're behind the counter, got rang up for gum. Lady behind counter was rude when I told her that I don't like gum. She then got mint lozenges when I asked for fruit because I don't like mint. She refunded my money with an attitude and shorted my refund. I'll never go back.

Edit 4 years later: no longer the fastest pharmacy in town. The last two times I've been here to pick up prescriptions that were called in, I was in the drive thru for about 45 minutes each time and a different person at the window not knowing what they're doing. Went from 5 stars to 1 for me. Drive thru employee is the sweetest employee there! She is always so kind and patient! Also this is the fastest pharmacy in town!
