      image HORRIBLE experience with Lowes Opelika AL yesterday. 4/4/24 Approximately 2PM placed an order for PU website said order would be ready in 3 hours. Arrived around 6 and kiosk said order wasn't ready. An Associate looked it up said it hadn't even been picked yet much less pulled. Had order refunded intending to shop and get what we needed. ALL THE HEAVY CARTS were taken, lining the aisles loaded down with other orders. We couldn't even do our shopping due to no carts. Asked for a manager, first was told we probably don't have one by an associate, then a manager was seen walking down the aisle. Instead of stopping and addressing the issue the manager was walking around doing associate work helping a customer find items they were looking for. Frustrated doesn't cover how we felt. The point of doing a paid on line order is so we don't have to shop. My feet hurt from working so hard this week and I really just wanted to pick up what we needed. Bottom line for me, if you are going to offer a service be prepared to DO IT. I am so disappointed in the execution and lack of service.
