        They have some good workers at Lowes. But also, they have a lot of lazy people working at Lowes. It takes an arm and a leg to get somebody to help you load or unload material. It took me about 15 minutes to locate somebody to ask for a manager. And I wanted to simply make a complaint, but the manager did not come to meet me. I used to spend thousands of dollars at Lowes every month! No worries not anymore. I will take my business somewhere else.

        The lowes in SW Mobile AL is the most under stocked and under staffed of any I've ever visited. They seriously need a better inventory/ordering process. Also for goodness sakes would it kill you to have a couple of cash registers open on a busy spring Friday? Better yet, maybe a employee in the always busy plumbing or electrical isles. Your more likely to spot Bigfoot than an associate in these highly trafficked areas. I've started using Ace Hardware and other similar small stores. It's amazing to have someone come up to you and ask to help.
