Within minutes of walking in the room, after recovering from the smoke smell of a non smoking room with the curtains stained from smoke we see our first roach. Too late to try to find another place to stay at this point of the night. Turned on the AC since it was stifling hot in the room, welcome the pot smell. Trash in the drawers. We sleep a few hours in the tiny beds. Get up before dawn to turn on the lights beside the bed, surprise, no bulbs in the fixtures. One outlet in the whole room worked which conveniently had one of the working two lights plugged in to it. Disappointing stay to say the least. Noted for our next trip to Tuscaloosa. Rooms: Stench of smoke, small beds, no light bulbs, outlets not working.

I've stayed here multiple times, and I have never had a problem. During my last trip, I had a car accident and trying to get a tow truck to show up was painful. Almost missed my checkout time, but the staff were understanding and let me stick around a bit without worry. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and great staff make this a great hotel to stay in! Walkability: In public shopping center so it's easy to get groceries, and close to several fast food locations

The sweetheart in the office cares more about what she's called and stuffing her fat rude face with food while watching TV. Word on the street is this is a roach motel anywho. No one wants to talk to Jack about a weekly rate,When he employs trash people. Also if the weekly rate isn't stated for all that means it's subject to change according to who you are. That's discrimination. This place is a JOKE.
