I am a Northport native. I am also a traveling nurse and the only reason I chose this facility was for the location. The room was okay, but the night shift worker Jay was a terror. The morning and evening workers are very nice. I stayed two nights before I left out for spring break with my children and he called me both nights complaining of noise. I had a room close to the office so I guess he was trying to sleep when he should be awake and working but complained. No music, no drama going on at all. I am mindful of noise as I travel frequently and stay many places. I dont appreciate paying $80 a night to be harassed. He called me both nights complaining when no one was even in the room next to me. He even threatened to call the police on me. I requested a partial refund and would leave to no avail. Definitely wont be staying here again!

Worst hotel Ive stayed in a very long time! Hole in the bed, cockroachs and out right dirty! Burn holes in bedding. Staff was just as horrific! When I checked out a day early they refused to refund any money and were very nasty. They didnt believe me when I said it had cockroaches. So I had saved a few in a bag and placed them on the counter. They also charge a cleaning fee for registered service dogs. My dog didnt make the room any more dirty than it already was. My dog is cleaner than those rooms? Its also against state and federal law to charge a cleaning fee for service animals. They didnt care about the laws and charged me anyway, which they do not refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!
