        I am from Atlanta Georgia and I was in town visiting my sister in law and while there my truck began making a grinding noise. I took my truck to the shop and was met by the manager, Mr. Tommy. This man was so helpful and explained everything to me step by step. The tech that was working on the truck was knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He was also helpful. I mentioned to Mr. Tommy that my brother had passed a month ago and he made sure to offer his condolences to me before I left the shop and that meant a lot. I watched how personable Mr. Tommy was with the locals and how they entreated him as well. If Im every in town and need work down I will be coming here.

        I didn't even make it to the Firestone location. Dave blowing his breath on the phone and half hearing people..... baby I don't have time. Customer service -100 for Dave. I asked to speak to someone else and he didn't mind at all. I a as going to bring my business there but for that.....
