      Mr. Mallory, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand this can be frustrating and your satisfaction is our top priority. As I write this response, it looks like we have replaced the Michelin Pilot Sport non-run-flat tires, with the Michelin Pilot Sport run-flat version that came from the Cadillac. It looks like we will be replacing the final two tires on your CT5-V this week.
