        I am a contractor in the area. This company has a multitude of issues when it comes to customer service. I bought 2600 sq ft of flooring from them and it can dry rotted and breaking apart. Floor & Decor refused to do anything to help remedy the situation. The manager of this store couldnt have cared less and availed me at all costs. I will make sure all my customer are aware of how poorly we were treated and to shop elsewhere is possible. The one shining light in the whole situation was Josh at the pro desk. He did everything he could to help me and my customer get what we needed. I love that this store is in Montgomery now and had high expectations for it. I have had nothing but bad experiences so far. So if youre reading this just be mindful of what you are buying from. Then and make sure its not broken or damaged because they will do nothing to stand behind their product.
