        Carol's Carpet is AWESOME! Our salesperson Tony McCarthy did an outstanding job from beginning to end of our granite countertops and backsplash purchase. Though there was a mix up concerning the countertops initially, the Manager and Tony worked diligently to get our order corrected in a timely manner. We are very pleased with everything! OUTSTANDING.

        Carols Carpet is trash and the young guy at the front desk is a big Ole liar, said that the representative I was working with was gone but was really there, they do that to gaslight people they do not want to deal with. PEOPLE PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

        I was disappointed when called. They advertise that they do bathroom renovations, but THEY DO NOT. They are limited in what they do to tile and floor coverings.
