Make sure to sign up for the inner circle emails to get special deals. I took advantage of one of them for my last meal (burger with a side for $9.95; currently they also have a ribeye deal for $22 or so). The burger was very good, but I think it had sat under the heat lamp for too long, as the bun was cold. I also ordered it medium rare and it was more on the rare side. Even then, it was still very good but disappointing because it could have been great! My server never bothered to check on my meal or refill my water, which was a disappointment.

Firebirds is one of the nicer restaurants in the area but also one of the more expensive ones. The music was good, decor of the facility was great, customer service was amazing, and happy hour is worth the money, however the food was a little lacking. It was good, but I think i was expecting more to tease my taste buds. Overall a good place to dine at. Parking: It is in an outlet mall so parking is first come. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair parking is at the front. Dietary restrictions: If you can't eat dairy, evaluate your life choices or come prepared with lactaid pills.
