Terrible! Took forever to bring gas and gas man didn't bother to check to see if anything needed to be lit. Left receipt at gas tank.

Suburban propane was fantastic in coming out immediately to install my tank and check the line for leaks. Service desk was great, the installer was fantastic. Then I had to schedule them to come back o fill the tank (apparently by law the tanks can only have a limited amount of propane). This is where I cannot give them a good review. It took 4 weeks of calling, emailing, and hounding to get someone to come out and fill my tank. If this is what it takes to get my tank filled I do not recommend Suburban Propane.

Horrible service is an understatement .Signed my contact with Suburban 11/16. Was suppose to get the whole install completed 11/22. They canceled without calling me so Im left at the house waiting for their arrival all day and wasting my time. But this did not happen once it happened twice. Finally on the third try I got my Tank set but i have been waiting on a gas fill up since 12/14. It is now 12/2 and I am out of gas. Left in the freezing cold. ( During this period I have called several times only to be left on hold or forwarded to the main office. They will not call you back, ever. ) Thank you suburban. You deserve negative stars. If you are looking for a gas company you are better off with Blossman.
