Totally SHOCKED !! Took my tanks in to have refilled, which where filled two months earlier else where. Get to the back to fill the worker comes out we talk, then Im told my tank is too old to fill, oh ok now he is checking the other tank. Its is out of date too . Well of course I inquire about how to tell. Then he tells me how you can be harmed horribly by filling an out of date tank. Says I should be a new tank come with me Ill show you some. Then tells me how the state test them by getting them to fill bad tanks and more Regulation talk. THEN HE SAYS I WOULD FILL THE TANKS IF I KNEW YOU . WHAT I ASKED DID YOU SAY ? Did you say if you knew me you would fill them? He said yes. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON HERE?? I left THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PLACE. TOTALLY UNSAFE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! Fill out of date tanks if they know you.REALLY.

1 star for being a bunch of time wasters. We were loyal customers for 3 years. We moved houses and asked for them to come out and fill our tank in the new house. Monday-- Dispatch said they will put us in the system and will be onsite next day. Tuesday-- No show. Called dispatch and they assured us we where in the "system" and will be out next day. Wednesday -- No show. Called again and told us we were not in the "system". Scheduled us for next day. Thursday -- No show. They told us once more that they will come tomorrow. After hearing that a 4th time we decided to cancel. @ThompsonGas Whatever "system" you are using will undoubtedly lose more customers. Be honest when building expectations. It would have been totally fine if you said "we'll be there on Friday." But instead I was told "tomorrow" each time. So I stayed home when I could have been in the office. Get your shjt together, be professionals, and stop leading people on.
