Its easy to say this studio is the best because it has all the right things!!! Comfortable studio, knowledgeable instructors that are constantly upping their knowledge and instructors investing in their clients. Age is not a factor..... from fit to getting fit, CoreVibes has something for you. Pilates classes and Yoga classes are my personal favorite. I see so much healing, shaping ,and strengthening happening. Come give it a try!!!!!!

I have been a student at CoreVibes for a year and a half, and I could not be happier with my experience. The quality of the instruction is second to none, and the small class sizes allow for individualized attention. This is not mindless, repetitive exercise - its both physically and mentally challenging and engaging. I look forward to each of my classes here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Pilates studio.

Stefanie East is the best pilates instructor. I can't believe how much flexibility I have achieved after only three months in her classes at CoreVibes Studio. Lynne Ellen has a beautiful space and a knowledgeable staff for total health and fitness.

You get much more than a workout at CoreVibes Studio. The glass tower is a beautiful, quiet studio space with spectacular views. Lynne Ellen, Pam, Paula, and Margaret Ann are some of the most highly-trained instructors in our area and the small class sizes insure personalized attention to form - which means you are getting the most out of your classes and knowledge for use beyond the studio.

Core Vibes is the only place in Montgomery to do Pilates! Lynne Ellen and her staff always teach an amazing class and make sure their students form is perfect! If you want to learn from true professionals dedicated to the mastery of Pilates...dont hesitate to come by! They always welcome any skill level!
