        While visiting my hometown Montgomery, Alabama Ive had the opportunity of getting in a few workouts at M.A.Fitness. The owner and staff are personable and hands-on; and the club members Ive had the pleasure of sharing the space with have been equally courteous and motivating. I really appreciate the clubs 24 hour availability, the well lit parking area, and the accessibility to outdoor/open air training. M.A. Fitness is a clean, down to earth gym and I would encourage you to check it out if youre looking for a location to achieve/maintain your health goals!
