I thought it was weird that the girl at the front desk asked me "if the price was ok?" Lol I'm like, well yeah. It's cheaper than online so of course. I only stayed here because they were close to the restaurant we wanted to eat at. A few days later I noticed they changed me $250. I call, thinking it's a mistake and NOPE. they claim my room was out of order for multiple days because I smoked it in. ONE I don't smoke. TWO if I was wrong, I'd eat it. I wouldn't email them back and forth knowing I was wrong I don't have time for that. I didnt do anything wrong in this room. I even cleaned up my dirty towels because that's what I do. I have never in my life been charged for something I didn't do, especially not being able to get it corrected. That's crazy to me. I went to dry my hair and the outlet didn't work. I didn't even complain about that, I just left because I was at a 2 start hotel so it's expected. The $250 they took from my card was wrong. Their employees are liars. And they are ok with it. I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone go there. Unless you are ok with throwing $250 out the window. I've never in my life been so disappointed in a company. I'm not a person to complain. I move on, unless you mess with my money. I can't do it. It's not ok. I just wanted to sleep (thank God I didn't want breakfast because the entire area was shut down smh). If I were you, id go anywhere but here. I travel A LOT but they will never get my money again. I should have smoked and thrown a party

Run!!! If I were not so tired I would have immediately moved to a new location. I understand renovations have to occur but this place looked terrible. Rooms were filthy aside from clean sheets. I couldnt even turn the air conditioner on. It was full of mold. I dont even want to give it 1 star. I thought it would be ok for one night (last min booking) but I will forever read all reviews. I was alone so I toughed it out and tried to rest until daylight and left. Didnt even step foot in the shower. I was afraid to take my socks and shoes off to walk around. Lesson learned Rooms: Floors and sitting chairs were dirty, air conditioning unit had trash and mold in it, toilet didnt flush correctly, someones toothpaste lid had previously stopped up the bathroom sink and was STILL there.

Room was okay. Clean. Only issue was kids running up and down the hall at 3:00 a.m. in the morning
