Trilogy Hotel Montgomery, Autograph Collection

The rooms are very clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the walls are extremely thin. I literally heard a gentleman in the next room unzip his suitcase. He coughed and it sounded like he was in the same room. Room 211 was my room. I asked to be switched to a different room and Lyndsay was happy to switch me to room 329. Fortunately, there wasnt a noise problem bc there was a noise machine that you could NOT turn off in the HVAC system. Problem solved? I had to turn the TV up so loud to hear it. I wonder if anyone complained about my TV?

I was placed in room 406. My one year old child are covered in tiny mite bites. This place was terribly disgusting. Im a horrid that I patroned a Marriott hotel and Im now so itchy that I have to go to a minor med. They should be ashamed.

The hotel is very beautiful and well decorated. I'd say the walls are very thin as you can hear people talking on the other side. Service was friendly, but terrible. I requested bar soap and shampoo twice. Never got it. I had to walk down the next day for the bar soap as I needed to wash my hands after using the restroom, but I never got shampoo. The restaurant was nice, but the food at dinner was very salty. If you are in a rush at breakfast, most likely, you should go somewhere else. No one gets in a hurry. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly, but mostly not very good, to include valet. You need at least 15-20 minutes for your car. If you have the time and patience, the Trilogy is a nice place to stay.
