Worst stay ever!!! Dirty as hell, no hot water and drug deals late at night. Asked for a refund because no hot water and was told no. Do not waste your money you have been warned!!!!

I booked room online because I seen really good rates. We were out of town visiting family. When I went to check in the air conditioning was out of the wall. The bed spread looked like something from a murder scene. There were dark stains all over it. The TV was off wall and on dresser. There was damage to windows, walls, roaches crawling around. I took pictures and I went back to front desk and the guy was nice. Told me that he didnt have another room to give me so he would give me a refund and I got a receipt. Well that refund never happened. I can never get anyone on the line at the number on receipt or on google. I had to sleep in my car that night and they took my money. They need to close that place down. Its a hell hole.

I stayed here 2/28/2024, I checked in and I was told there was no hot water in the rooms and that it would be resolved in a few hours. Not!!! I walk in the room and it smelled like cigarettes and urine! I specifically purchased a non smoking room! I tried to get a refund and couldnt. The bed sheets had stains on them so I had to get my own sheets just to go to sleep. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Also, the microwave was not clean at all, the glass plate and the thing to make it spin was gone as well!
