        Dont recommend at all. Staff isnt appropriately trained. They will literally provide the wrong information and have you in a bad situation and then will be rude about it when you express your concern. Extremely disappointed , they arent worth the trouble AT ALL!

        Been banking hear for years & I love this financial institution. Great employees with great attitudes. On-line services are very easy to navigate and user friendly.

        Do not believe them when you go to start an account at this location. They will blatantly lie to you in an attempt to get your bank account open. This location is not trust worthy. I will update with the name of the person who opened my account soon. It is disgusting to lie about the cost of an account to gain business. I really feel this was done intentionally. They know the process of opening an account and moving banks is taxing on you. I can never recommend Max after finding this out. 1/5/24- emailed them as requested on Wednesday, but still no response. I am not going to say I am overly surprised. I'll update the review when or if I hear back. 1/9/2023- Despite Max saying to reach out to them, they have failed to respond back to my email regarding this issue. I can not say I am surprised. They only said something on the review to look concerned. They could care less it seems. I sent the email again.
