        Over Charging for service . No refund if the cashier, charge you twice for the same item. Customer service is beating the elderly out money by charging for service that hasn't been used. The customer has a phone that hadn't not work for the month of service that had already been paid, the customer took his old phone in and the customer service rep. told him that he had to pay his bill first before they could check to see why he had no service. The customer paid that bill and was told that the old phone no longer works. The customer bought a new phone payed for the new phone and another service fee with accessories .
