    Friendly, timely, and peaceful. The pathway can be better than it is (terribly muddy and difficult to walk on) but my family and I are good so far.

    I been living at Central Park over a year now! I just love it here! I moved into a deluxe unit that comes with a washer and dryer this is my first apartment that comes with a washer and dryer! I love not having to go to the laundry mat anymore!! Plus they are always having resident events! I was able to cancel my gym membership because they have a gym on site so I was able to save money.

    I love my new home @ Central Park Apartments! They have friendly staff and are always so helpful! My new apartment has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances!! I glad I made Central Park my new home!!

    I been living at Central Park for two months now. My garage disposal when out and maintenance was there the next day repairing it!! Not only is the maintenance team outstanding and have great customer service!! The office staff are always friendly!

    I lived out here for two years and experienced several floods due to no fault of my own, but due to other tenant negligence and the apartment negligence. I had the insurance that was recommended at the time of move in by the rent office; to later find out once I experienced a flood it doesn't cover flooding due to other tenants' negligence. In my eyes totally defeating the purpose of having insurance. The apartment complex stays nasty with trash everywhere and dumpster overflowing. When i moved out several mold spots were found from the flooding. The rent office didn't have any sympathy or showed in any compassion for the things i was dealing with. I had hundreds of bees form a nest on my porch and it took weeks before they had any one to come out for that situation as well. They cut the porch to remove the bees and never fixed it. It was like that for over a year. The gate has never worked in 2 years and still don't work. We as tenants are paying this high rent for a gated community but you will not receive that. I have had packages stolen off my porch caught on my ring doorbell camera again the rent office had nothing to say and no compassion. If you are willing to pay this amount for rent, I would move somewhere else where they care about their tenants and take tenants concerns seriously. I would not recommend anyone to move here its high price rent and looks nice at times from the outside, and you will think it's worth the money, but it is absolutely not, but I promise you this is a Bougie Project apartments. I would take my money somewhere else. I have moved and I am so happy I did. Rochelle in the rent office is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever dealt with; she doesn't return calls or emails and her attitude is horrible as a property manager. Ms Sheila is the only one in the rent office with compassion for the tenants and the things they experience living there. Ms Sheila should be the head property manager. I have much respect for Ms Sheila. Ms Kay the regional manager is another unprofessional manager with no compassion for the tenants that live there; and her attitude as well is horrible. Instead of her listening and hearing me out as a tenant she cut me off and accused me of fussing and wouldn't let me get a word in. This is the reason for this review to make others aware. If you can go anywhere else, please do, because this apartment complex is not worth the high rent and poor maintenance. My rating is a 0 for this apartment compex.
