Park at Fountain Lane

These are the worst apartments I've ever stayed in. I Stayed out there a couple months ago and still havent heard from upper management in regards to the damage the flood did to my apartment. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Administration was poor & management company was not involved with concern tenants!

I don't even live there and I have a 1 star review to give. I've been calling them for 2 weeks, one time I called every hour on the hour...and still NOBODY answers the phone I'm trying to call to lease there, but it's like they don't exist I even left a voice-mail and still nothing.

All three people who work in the office are rude an the sissy manager took my money order a kept it an didn't approve me for a apartment was discriminated against because of my income is childsupport an I had work income an they was hateing on me I also have a 715 credit score if anyone know who to report these staff people to notify me immediately I ended up being approved other places a moved but I would like to take the necessary steps to take on a lawsuit against fountain lane for discrimination they will keep your money order an deny you for no reason you been warned jealousy is a dangerous sickness be safe people the big lady in the office was jealous of my income an they denied me sad pitiful I bet the owner don't know the type of people they hired ..no telling how many people they turned away from getting a apartment because of hatred in them you can see the jealousy in they face I had bank statements proof of income all the proof in good background am rental history no criminal history 715 credit score .....I was hated on he couldn't even tell me a reason why he denied me

my apartment has looked like this since i moved in in october 2022 i was promised that some one would come but and fix all my issues my air has been out since march of 2023 ive contacted the rent office numerous times and they still havent sent anyone out im six months pregnant and its over 100 degrees outside im better off living out side its so hot in my apartment on top of me being pregnant i have a one year old son that keeps heat rashes due to the poor conditions i have fallen out and gotten light headed numerous times due to these conditions also this is not safe at all for me my unborn or my one year old i asked the rent office could i just break my lease due to them not fixing anything they told me not without paying a fee but if they are not upholding theyre end of the lease agreement i dont feel as if i should have to pay also they are roach infested
