Maxem Health Urgent Care Mobile

The care, kindness, and service I received at this Urgent Care far outweighed any Doctor's office I have ever been to. I was in Alabama for work, 1000 miles away from home, in a significant time crunch, and in a tremendous amount of pain. Deanna Negron and the nurse working with her that day took such amazing care of me while I was so stressed & out of sorts that it brought me to tears. They got me in and out as quickly as possible, and were truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. I could not recommend this Urgent Care enough! I was so touched by their compassion. THANK YOU to the staff at Maxem Health!!

I've tried to go to this location on 2 separate occasions. Both times their was no doctor on site so they couldn't do anything...

Fast, efficient service! Jamie got me checked in fast and was personable. Deanna, the NP, diagnosed me and was very kind and professional. Its obvious they really care about you getting better here. Got my prescription afterwards and feeling much better!

Went in for abdominal pain with PCOS left being told to immediately go to the emergency room because they were worried about my liver being enlarged after taking an x-ray. An x-ray is not how you look at that for starters but after spending 7 hours in a hospital come to find out it is just my PCOS there's nothing wrong with my liver or my gallbladder as well as it's not like they were too busy to be thorough before they sent me to the emergency room. They didn't even wait for the x-rays to come back from The technician. They just basically immediately sent me. There was no one in their lobby there was no one in the parking lot there were no other patients to be seen but I was rushed to the emergency room or told that I immediately needed to go and get a CT. Wasted my time and my money.

Ok. This was the second time to come and no doctor on duty. Open til 8 pm and no doctor. And who brings their toddler to work with them in an urgent care??? Will not be back and will spread the word. To answer the explanation I was given on this review: when I asked the girl at the desk if the doctor was out for lunch, the answer was no. When asked if anyone was there at all, the answer was no. Her answer was we are only open for Covid testing right now.
