Walgreens Pharmacy

This location has started to let me down on too many occasions, they were previously reliable which is why they get 2 stars. It is in a convenient location but they are very unprofessional now. I have called in the status of my medications and have been told I can pick up medications the following week and when I show up, they report the medication was never order by the previous technician.

Please DO NOT take these covid "vaccines". They aren't safe. They aren't effective. And giving them to children is insane

Wish I could give zero stars. They can be sitting there looking at you and no one comes to the window. Attitude and horrible service

If I could give a lesser amount of stars I would. Every time my wife and I go through this pharmacys drive through in daylight hours we always get rude as all get out employees. They dont listen to the things we are saying and then tell us the same exact thing we just said. An example would be that we came up to the drive thru line today and we said I know that not everything is ready but can you tell me what is ready for pickup and the cost? (Because my app told me one of my meds was ready but that others were pending) The WG pharmacy tech responds Nothing is ready they just sent us the scripts so itll be 430 today before theyre ready. we were aware that prescriptions had just been sent in to be filled but we were also aware that one of my prescriptions was ready for pickup and had been for a few days. Then they tell me that one of my other prescriptions isnt ready to be filled until Monday when I sent in the request for it to be filled on Thursday night. Ive dealt with poor customer service before and Im well aware people have personal issues but there is no reason to be snarky. The only other time Ive not had issues is at night if I come inside the building instead of drive through. At night theres a different crew and they are super nice and accommodating. I live less than five minutes away from this pharmacy and I think it is ridiculous that in order for me to get decent customer service I have to consider driving out of my way to get the same services Id get at the pharmacy closest to me. Fix it
