Walgreens - Closed

They problem I have with walgreens is there so high on there products in the store and the pharmacy has a sign that says your medication would be ready in 15 minutes so I waited at the store to get my prescription and it took them over an hour and there was not one even in the store I waited outside in my car because I didn't want to sit in the store because of covid. It was cold and has to run my car to keep warm i was very upset because it took them so long to get one prescription filled and the cashier acted like she didn't care how long I had to wait

Staff is friendly but the drive thru line is usually backed up into where customers who park and go in have to wait till the line will let them out. Poor construction but great staff.

The stars are 100 % due to the pharmacist on duty today. Walgreens as a company have always been our go to pharmacy. Today we scheduled a covid test online and was given an appointment time. The instructions told us to follow the signs for covid testing. I did not see any so I called the pharmacy. I asked the man who answered where we were supposed to go. He said to the Walgreens where you made the appointment. I told him well I am here and there are no signs. He said just go to the window. When we got to the window a nice female tech was there and asked me for our info. Our paper was not there so she asked what time it was for and our name. I saw her and then the pharmacist looking on another computer. He then walks over and says snidely "I just want you to know that you should feel lucky someone had to cancel for you to get this appointment today. Not everyone can get tested and you are fortunate someone cancelled so you can be tested." Ok I just made an appointment online like anyone else would. It was so strange and rude even the tech behind him had a puzzled look. Just so he knows I called corporate and made sure to thank them on his behalf. Word of advice, don't be a Richard!! People can't help being exposed all they can do is vaccinate and mask up and hope they don't get sick. We control what we are able to. Thank you to Walgreens for providing a service to our communities as a corporation you are appreciated.
