My elderly mom has experienced nothing but a headache at this location. It's unreal, the treatment and response she receives from some of the staff members, with the exception of a former Rite Aid employee at this location. My mother prescription was moved from Rite Aid to Walgreens on Dauphin due to Rite Aid closing. Every single month, with the exception of last month(Hallelujah), they finally got it right!! It's been nothing but a nightmare. They will call my mom to pick up her prescription, but when she arrives, either they don't have the prescription filled or request her to come back, and or they do not give her the correct quantity. Very poor service. It's unfortunate that I can't get her to switch to the McGregor location. I have been a satisfied customer since 2007. My schedule is busy, but my next step is to write
the corporate office to get to the bottom of this ongoing problem. My mother does not deserve this. We treat people
how we love to be treated
Kindness for starters. I do not want anyone to experience what my mother has experienced. Especially being an elderly customer.

There is only one person they need to remove but the ladies at this location are very nice
