I love the actual store staff but those pharmacy employees are AWFUL!!!!! They are rude, they ignore you, they are just terrible at their job…especially Jasmine and the older woman that wears grey scrubs (she might be the pharmacist and if so, shame on her for allowing her employees to act so unprofessional) I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without so much as a “hey we will be right with you”, so I patiently waited, the lady in grey told jasmine to help me and she blatantly ignored her and took yet another phone call and instead of putting them on hold she proceeded to help them too…I wasn’t lazy, I didn’t go to the drive thru or call on the phone, I was in the store and should be helped in turn, after I spoke up jasmine was so extremely unprofessional and rude…and not a word was said to her about her behavior. Needless to say I left and went to cvs ALL I NEEDED WAS MUCINEX, and I was in and out with no issues, and they were extremely busy, way busier than Walgreens, but they worked harder, faster and we’re much more friendly!
