My experience today is the hands down best I've ever had customer service wise ever in my 10 plus year history of getting glasses. Lien was so personable, knowledgeable, and patient with my 3 children (2 patients and 1 screaming busy toddler). I will never go any where else. My children both have high prescription glasses, and I've never had someone walk us through the process of choosing frames, and helping my children make good decisions based on their preferences AND needs. She is an Angel on Earth. Thank you Lien!

This was the best experience I have ever had in eye exam & eye glass purchase. When my glasses broke on a Friday afternoon I could not find anyone that could take me that same day. Called here & the doctor was not in but Lien said she would call him. He came in & met me for exam & had glasses ordered that day. Just got glasses & they are perfect. And to beat all I was telling her that I needed to go to the bank to get a document notarized and she was able to take care of that for me too!
