America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Husband went for 1st exam for contacts and they only offer their brand contacts to try. Those didn't work so had to guess what kind he thought would work and then wrong Contact brand on RX so had to make a special trip to pick up new RX since they wouldn't email or fax. Person in office wanted to argue that Acuvue Moist and Acuvue Oasys are the same thing. Makes me question their knowledge of other brands outside store brand. Questioned total on day of exam and was told if he paid too much, I'd have a credit. Come to find out they did not file with the correct insurance even though that was repeated to them again when total seemed high. Was told that I needed to miss more work to come there and fill out paperwork to re-do their mistake. They were not apologetic and seemed bothered by someone just wanting things to be done correctly. Will not be going back. I will pay for exam elsewhere rather than the exam paid for by my insurance there.

I was not satisfied with the doctor, All she did was criticize the doctor she replaced. She ended up placing me with a prescription that I was not satisfied with. Luckily someone else stepped in to hear what I was saying, we ended up going with the prescription The doctor before her gave me.

Just got an eye exam. Stephanie Ross was great & Especially nice. The doctor was amazing! She explained everything perfectly and just made me feel very comfortable. Thank you it was a great experience. Five stars.

I went to see them for the 79.95 special as was really all I could Afford . By the time I got out it was over $200 because of what they said I had to have due to my circumstance . They never called to tell me they were there . I had to call 3 weeks later and check for them . Although the glasses looked great I couldnt see out of them . I took back and seen Dr again and they didnt properly explain my prescription so they re done the glasses and didnt change anything . I literally can not use the glasses . I went back and requested my money back and was told that wasnt an option and that they were done correctly and it was by my choice that I didnt get a progressive lense so that I could see both near and far. I will not choose this path again .
