        I had been looking for a workout regimen that I could stick with. When I heard that a friend was a member, I decided to give it a try. With 9Round's trainer lead sessions and that extra motivation, all I have to do is show up - and that's half the battle right there!!

        Great workout, it flies by so I never dread going! You are in and out in less than 40 minutes - due to the rounds format, I feel like you can ask the trainer questions or ask them advice on form if you like, or if you like a more hands off approach, you can do that too. Convenient, fast, and fun!
