      image I recently joined for the 8wk Girls Night Out Challenge w/The American Cancer Society 35miles/31 days for Breast Cancer.. the entire staff/coaches are Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what they do. The classes are fun and quick(just 30min), but dont let that fool you, its about the kind of exercises youre doing and you Will sweat and get sore.. so dont think youre not gonna benefit from it. The coaches are there if you need them + you can get nutrition advice and meal plans..Its all about you and your fitness/health goals and the coaches are there to help you stay on track and keep you motivated!! I think its a great atmosphere and everybody Ive met in classes so far have been really nice. Im glad I signed up!
