The service provided by Azalea Lynaum Mortuary was just ok. We appreciated how fast and timely everything was completed. We also liked the communication. We were definitely well informed throughout the process. However, there were minor issues that were noticed. The program contained so many typos. We felt that the lady who was creating it was annoyed when mistakes were pointed out. We were also surprised at the condition that of the facility. Its a bit run down and dirty. There was a used vape stuck in the sofa when we arrived to the viewing among other things. It would seem like the company would want to keep the facility looking neat and clean for families during difficult times. I know the building is old, but it definitely needs to be better maintained.

Karl Bell and Tiffany Cole convinced me to have my son Justin McCreary autopsy performed by Dr.Adel Shakers they took my money and everything was fraud this Dr. Adel Shaker is wanted in Texas for 17 other fraud cases

A special thanks to Azalea & Lynaum Mortuary LLC for their professionalism and care with my aunt Ms. Delores Wilson. They made it very smooth and easy to getting the planning completed and were very helpful with the selections that needed to be made. They also did a wonderful job with the pricing of everything. A special thanks to Tiffany who went above and beyond on her work and professionalism to make my aunt's final appearance one that we as a family were extremely pleased with. I highly recommend their services in your familes time of need. Thank you all so much for everything to send my aunt away nicely!

I highly do NOT recommend using this funeral home. The way my family & I were treated today during my grandfathers funeral will NOT soon be forgotten. Ill-tempered staff members, passive aggressive behavior, and condescending words spoken to us. They arrived 40 minutes late and didnt tell us about the extra limo (used to compensate for not having a blanket..due to system hacking) and were moody once arriving. The woman was extremely different from how my mother remembers her customer service at the actual home. All in all, people make mistakes but my family left feeling very disrespected today and that wont go unnoticed.
